Small, local, and on our own payroll. No subs, no ghosting, no surprise change orders.
Joe started Pro Roof Plus, LLC after watching his own neighbor wait eleven weeks for a roofer who took a deposit and disappeared. He'd been swinging a hammer since he was nineteen, and he was tired of the whole trade wearing that reputation. So the rule was simple from day one: answer the phone, show up on the day, and put the price in writing.
We're still a small crew, and we like it that way. We don't sub the work out to whoever's cheapest that week — the people on your roof are on our payroll, and they carry our name on their shirt. We're licensed, bonded, and carry $2M in liability plus full workers' comp, and you'll get the certificate before we ever pull into your driveway. Most of our work comes from a neighbor pointing at the house next door, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Four things we won't compromise on — no matter the size of the project.
The date we give you is the date we come. If weather moves us, you get a call the night before — not silence and a missed morning of work.
Itemized, written, and firm. If we open a wall and find something genuinely unexpected, we stop, photograph it, and get your approval before we spend a dollar of your money.
Ice-and-water shield. Proper ventilation. Waterproofed subfloor. Nobody will ever compliment you on those — and they're the only reason the work lasts.
Nail sweep, tarps up, debris gone. You should be able to let the dog out the second we pull away.
No rotating subcontractors — just the same hand-picked faces, every job, start to finish.
Runs every estimate himself and is on-site for every tear-off. If something goes sideways on your job, you're calling his cell, not a call center.
Fourteen years on roofs, GAF-certified. He's the reason our decking gets inspected instead of covered up.
The man who knocks out an eleven-item punch list in an afternoon and still cleans up after himself.
Obsessive about subfloor prep and waterproofing. Has never once let a shower go in without a flood test.
Storm season is hard on Indiana roofs. We'll get up there, photograph every slope, and give you a straight answer — including 'you don't need a new roof yet,' if that's the truth. Book a full replacement with us and take $500 off.
