Shane started KT Services LLC with one van, one truck-mount, and one thing that wouldn't leave him alone: he kept meeting homeowners who'd been burned. Crews that no-showed. A different stranger in the house every week. A carpet "cleaning" that was really just soap left in the fibers, gray again by the following month. So we did the boring, unglamorous things instead — background checks, real insurance, written pricing, and the same crew on your street every time.
We don't sub work out, we don't run an hourly meter, and we don't quote a number over the phone that magically grows once we're in the driveway. If a spot comes back, we come back. That's not marketing — it's just the only version of this business we'd want in our own homes. It's also why most of our schedule comes from neighbors pointing at the house next door and asking who did it.
